这张专辑与上一张专辑相比，更加成熟大气，也更加流畅动听，在曲目的选择上丰富多样，有传统配器爆发力十足的《候鸟》，有小电音的迷离之作《来自迷宫的音乐》，有动画片《大闹天宫》原版采样开场的《大圣》，有悠远钢琴娓娓道来的《谁》，低迷忧伤且爆炸般的《再见再不见》，一把箱琴温暖悠远的《小花花》等等共十首美妙的歌目，整张专辑的歌曲配器都别具匠心，独立而温暖，还是依然延续着低苦艾乐队一贯的关怀气质，诗化的歌词，忧郁感性，更加成熟的乐段编配使得他们的表达更加优美有力，但决不是刻意的华丽。整张唱片更多的是在关注着环境变化中个体的感受，一些希望和失望，得到和失去，当他们的音乐像电影一样展开的时候，有些情节你会感到熟悉或似曾经历。当今天摇滚乐由愤怒的激进越来越转化为理想主义的消费品时，他们那些沉吟内敛的独白，暗潮汹涌的情绪将会成为其中的佼佼者进入你的内心。

新唱片从选歌到进棚录音再到后期的缩混制作周期前后用去六个多月，前期的录音由兰州经验丰富的录音师袁天峰担纲，后期的制作先由录音师亲历亲为，之后的母带处理交予了技术和经验更加丰富的混音师窦铁民进行缩混及母带后期制作，唱片中出现的口琴、和声都是乐队的好友鼎立相助，让专辑增色不少。可以说整张唱片都是由所有参与制作的人处处着力精心打造而成。

他们在黎明到来前出发，天下着雨，裤角的泥水打在脚踝上，冰凉，头发上蒸腾的热气在晨曦里清晰可见，淡蓝色的光线在他们偶尔对视的清亮的眼睛里反射着。他们走着，对，是那个方向，不是另一个方向，他们对此深信不疑。
